It’s officially Fall, and almost Halloween! Sure, most of you ladies are probably already hooked on pumpkin lattes and have your calendar filled with dates of Halloween parties for the kiddos, and maybe to find that perfect pumpkin if you have not already.

Yet are you even aware of the benefits that this emblematic squash can provide to your skin? Pumpkins are a fruit enriched enzyme with alpha hydroxy acids (AHAs), that increase cell turnover, to give you that smooth and glowing skin that we love oh so much ladies.
